Sign in using the same method you use in the app, check the account and confirm deletion. Deletion starts immediately, without a manual review request.
Your active account, profile, meeting records and stored images will be deleted. This cannot be undone. If a temporary failure occurs, processing resumes automatically and success is shown only when deletion completes.
A restricted identity record is retained separately for safety and legal handling for up to 24 months: account ID, name, contact details, sign-in provider identifiers, verification status/reference and timestamps. This is not a general archive of photos, location or identity documents. Existing safety reports are retained separately; Didit records require handling with the provider.
