Your choice. Clear boundaries.
Good connections need control and consent. Here are the capabilities found in the current app code, along with their limits.
Verification and mutual choice
The app includes identity verification through Didit. Connection requests include a selfie, and the other person chooses whether to accept. Meeting plans need agreement on a place and time. Verification does not guarantee anyone’s intentions or conduct.
Availability, blocking, and reporting
You can turn availability off, block, and report in the app. Map discovery is filtered on the server according to product rules and blocks. These controls do not guarantee anonymity, erase previously seen information, or completely hide a location.
A first meeting
Choose a public place that works for both of you. Share the plan with someone you trust and keep an independent way to arrive and leave. Agreeing to meet is not agreeing to anything else. You can change your mind at any point.
Urgent situations
Support is not an emergency service or a round-the-clock response center. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Use the app’s reporting and blocking menu for reports, or cc_support@tashnaz.com for technical issues.
Website security
Website forms validate input and limit requests. Account deletion requires recent sign-in and explicit confirmation. Data deletion is automatic and success is shown only on completion. A limited identity record is retained for up to 24 months for safety and legal handling, as described in the privacy policy. Support requests are stored privately; the launch list is stored without email verification at this stage.
Report a vulnerability
Contact cc_support@tashnaz.com with a description and reproduction steps that exclude user data, passwords, and identity documents. We do not publish an unverified response-time promise.
